Discrimination is an attitude that consciously and deliberately distinguishes between groups associated with certain interests. Usually, differences that often occur are based on ethnicity, religion, race, and culture. The act of discrimination that occurs in the general public due to two things: stereotype and racism. Racism is one form of discrimination that often appears in society. Racism is the belief that personality, behavior, and morals can be traced back to the race and the belief that one race is superior to another. Thinking that European people are better than American is racist, thinking that black people are more violent or more likely worse is racist. Francois Bernier, first put forward the idea of differentiation of humans by category or skin color and face shape (Alo Liliweri, 2005: 21). Actions of discrimination that occur today are part of a pluralistic world, the progress of technology today does not guarantee a reduction in racism in society. recently, the world is faced with the problem of racism that destroys the social order on the American continent and even the world, where discrimination and racism against black people are increasingly massive and brutal by some individuals in America, and the indecisiveness of American law that regulates this has resulted in a widening gap in that country. In other parts of France, currently, France is also facing problems with Islamophobia where the stereotypes of the people think that Islam is an occupier of the country because of the terrorism that occurred in that country. As state officials should be able to provide a good statement to anticipate this. Definitely, we don't want this to be more widespread and happen in another country.

As youth in industry 4.0 era we should committed to fighting the pandemic of racism and discrimination in the world. We can solve this pandemic if every single country in the world work together and help each other. As a young generation I provides some solution to racism and discrimination problems in the world:

1. UNHRC should deconstruct supremacy against international laws governing racism and discrimination in each country.

2. Each country should encourage the government community and NGOs in every single country to strive to carry out campaigns on racism and discrimination.
3. Provide socialization education to the general public about the impact of racism and discrimination.

4. I also invites every country in the world to eliminate contemporary popular ideology about scientific racism where there is no difference in public service to ethnicity, religion, race, or culture because these are absolute things that cannot be taken away from each individual.
